We first used Sandy Justen when we were looking for a new place close to downtown Seattle. Sandy helped us understand the market in the areas that might fit, and patiently waited on us while we dithered about what we really wanted to do. Which turned out to be to move out of the area. So we asked her and Julie to sell both our home downtown and our home in the San Juan Islands. In both cases, they went beyond the call. They traveled to the San Juans several times to assess the property and photograph. They helped us understand what we needed to do to make the property show well and helped us figure out a price, difficult to do in a place where each property is so unique. In our downtown home, which was somewhat unique inside, they helped us identify what to do to make our home more appealing to buyers. They worked tirelessly to find us a buyer and also helped incredibly when the buyers had second thoughts about living downtown. If we still lived in the area, I would use Citrone Partners any time I had need of real estate expertise. Thank you, Sandy and Julie, for helping us move onto a new adventure!

Excellent performance from her as I am all the way in Sydney and she is in Seattle; she had to adjust to the time differences and made herself available during the weekends and after hours.
